Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules for using CheapTokens.ai (the “Service”) and any API keys obtained through the Service. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in immediate revocation of API keys and termination of access without refund.

You may not use the Service or API keys obtained through the Service to:

2.1 Illegal activity

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or legal obligation
• Facilitate fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
• Generate content that constitutes or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Engage in or facilitate human trafficking
• Develop, produce, or distribute weapons of mass destruction or other prohibited weapons

2.2 Harmful content

• Generate content intended to harass, threaten, defame, or intimidate individuals or groups
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media designed to deceive, defraud, or manipulate public opinion without disclosure
• Generate spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Produce content that promotes violence, self-harm, or hate against protected groups

2.3 Deceptive practices

• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created in contexts where such disclosure is required by law or regulation
• Use the Service to impersonate others or create fraudulent identities
• Generate fake reviews, testimonials, or endorsements

2.4 System abuse

• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or key expiration mechanisms
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API keys obtained through the Service
• Share API keys publicly or with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to access admin, cron, or internal API endpoints without authorization
• Use automated systems to manipulate pricing, exploit race conditions, or game the purchasing process
• Submit duplicate or replayed payment authorizations
• Probe, scan, or test the Service for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

2.5 Intellectual property violations

• Use the Service to infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
• Generate content that systematically reproduces copyrighted works

When using AI models through API keys obtained from the Service, you are expected to:

• Disclose AI involvement where required by law or where users would reasonably expect such disclosure
• Review and validate AI outputs before relying on them for consequential decisions
• Not use AI outputs as a substitute for professional advice in fields such as medicine, law, or finance without appropriate human oversight
• Comply with Venice.ai's acceptable use policies in addition to this AUP

If you participate as a vault supplier, you additionally agree to:

• Not manipulate vault deposits or withdrawals to game capacity calculations or revenue distributions
• Not coordinate with other suppliers to artificially restrict or inflate capacity
• Comply with all applicable regulations regarding the deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency tokens

We may take any of the following actions if we reasonably believe you are violating this AUP:

• Revoke your API key(s) without refund
• Block your wallet address from future purchases
• Freeze vault deposits pending investigation
• Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
• Pursue legal remedies as appropriate

We are not required to provide notice or explanation before taking enforcement action, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so when circumstances permit.

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to abuse@cheaptokens.ai. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

We may update this AUP at any time. Changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
